When you place an order with Avella, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item or items.
Your order is only accepted once it has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock issues, payment problems, or errors on our website.

Orders are processed quickly. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed after it has been placed.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order has been confirmed.
After processing and dispatch, the estimated shipping time is 5–10 business days. This shipping timeframe applies to all countries we currently ship to.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally happen due to local postal services, public holidays, busy seasonal periods, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once a parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is in the care of the carrier and local delivery partners. If tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered to the correct address, Avella cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery.

8. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in the same condition as received, and returned with the original packaging and proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery can only be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged, defective or incorrect.

9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
