At Avella, every order is carefully prepared with attention to detail so your jewellery arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order has been confirmed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated shipping time is 5–10 business days.

This shipping timeframe applies to all countries we currently ship to.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to local postal services, public holidays, busy seasonal periods, or unexpected carrier delays.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Including processing and shipping, most orders arrive within approximately 6–12 business days after the order has been placed.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking details, where available.

Address Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. This includes your full name, house number, apartment number, floor number, postal code, and any additional details your local delivery service may need.

If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will do our best to help arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Delivery Issues

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is in the care of our delivery partners. While we work with reliable carriers, occasional delays can happen due to circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered to the correct address, we are unable to take responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you are concerned about the safety of your delivery location, we recommend using an address where someone is available to receive the parcel.
