What if the jewellery is not right for me?
At Avella, your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to feel confident when choosing your jewellery, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy.
If your piece is not quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are carefully processed within 1–2 business days after your order has been confirmed.
After your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated shipping time is 5–10 business days. This timeframe applies to all countries we currently ship to.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, where available.
